How to Access the Patient Portal:
- Request Access: Call us at 302-731-0001 or let us know during your visit to the office.
- Receive Your Link: We will send a link to your email with instructions for initial login.
- Log In: Follow the instructions in the email to log in. After your first login, you can access the Patient Portal anytime via our website.
Important: Alfieri Cardiology utilizes the same Cerner System as our sister Practices, Preventive Primary Care and Delaware Advanced Vein Center. If you already have an account, you can log in.
